Terms of service

These terms apply when you use InfinityWriter, a service operated by ECO Management Group LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use InfinityWriter for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

InfinityWriter researches topics, writes articles with AI, scores and optimizes them for search, and can publish them to sites you connect. Features differ by plan, as shown on the pricing section.

Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Plans, credits and billing

• Each plan includes a number of credits per billing period. Generating an article uses one credit; an automatic optimization pass on a draft that scores under 90 uses one more.
• Credits renew at the start of each period to your plan's allowance. Unused credits do not add up on top of it.
• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period is not refunded unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

Your content

You own the keywords, instructions and articles you create with InfinityWriter, and you can use them however you like. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.

AI can be wrong. Articles are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, outdated facts or claims that need checking. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for making sure it is accurate and lawful where you publish it.

Acceptable use

You may not use InfinityWriter to:

• publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or designed to deceive readers;
• create spam or large volumes of low-value pages meant to manipulate search rankings;
• hide instructions in content that try to control how AI assistants answer other people;
• attack, probe or overload the platform, or try to access other customers' data or our systems' secrets;
• publish to sites you do not own or have permission to manage.

We may refuse a request, suspend an account or remove access when these terms are broken, and we will tell you why.

Connected sites and other services

Publishing depends on your own site and hosting. We are not responsible for changes, outages or security settings on sites and services we do not control.

Availability and changes

We work to keep InfinityWriter running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces a paid plan, we will tell you first.

Ending your account

You can stop using InfinityWriter at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms or leave bills unpaid.

Disclaimers and liability

InfinityWriter is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell customers about significant changes; continuing to use InfinityWriter means you accept them.
