Cookie Declaration
Last updated September 29, 2026
InfinityWriter is operated by ECO Management Group LLC. This page lists every cookie and every item of browser storage the website and the app use, what each is for, and how long it lasts. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What is stored
| Name | Kind | Category | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
bfc_session | Cookie | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in. Set only when you sign in or create an account. HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it. | 7 days, or until you sign out |
iw_consent | Cookie | Strictly necessary | Remembers the choice you make in the privacy dialog, so we do not ask on every page. | 12 months |
bfc.sidebar.rail | Browser storage | Preferences | Remembers whether you collapsed the sidebar in the app. In Europe stored only if you allow preferences; elsewhere stored until you switch it off. If you do, it is deleted. | Until you clear it or withdraw |
_ga, _ga_PGGSEEVEVS | Cookie | Analytics | Google Analytics: tells visits apart so we can count visitors and see which public pages help people. In Europe set only if you allow analytics; elsewhere set until you switch it off. Never inside the app. If you switch it off, they are deleted. | 2 years |
Strictly necessary items are needed to give you the service you asked for and to remember your choice, so they do not need consent. For optional items we follow the rules of where you are: in Europe they are off until you turn them on; elsewhere they are on from the start, you are not interrupted, and you can switch them off at any time with the button above or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
What we do not use
No advertising cookies, no session-recording scripts, no social-media pixels, and no cross-site tracking. Analytics runs only with your permission. We do not sell cookie data.
Requests to other companies
These are not cookies we set, but your browser contacts these services while you use InfinityWriter:
- Stripe — if you upgrade or manage a subscription you are sent to Stripe's own pages, where Stripe sets the cookies it needs for payment and fraud prevention, under its own policy.
- Google Analytics — when analytics is on for you (in Europe only if you allow it), your browser sends page views of our public pages (without the part of the address after "?") to Google, under Google's privacy policy.
Readers of articles you publish
If you switch on article tracking, articles on your site load a small image from InfinityWriter to count page views. It sets no cookies; readers are counted with a one-way daily hash. Whether to use it, and what to tell your readers, is up to you.
Changing your mind
Use the button above, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page (and Settings inside the app), to change your choice whenever you like. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings; you will be asked again next time.
